Landsculpture & Design is very pleased to have been selected as the Landscape Architect for the exciting new Rodeo Palms Master Planned Community. Barron Jacobson, part of the team that developed the Tour 18 courses in Humble and Flower Mound, plans for Rodeo Palms to be state-of-the-art in both its golf course and the surrouding residential community. From it 1,000 imported palm trees and white Florida sand, to its fiber-to-the-home communications technology, Rodeo Palms will be something special to golfers and homebuyers alike. Only about 15 miles South of Downtown, Rodeo Palms will feature custom homes in the $250,000 to $2 million price range in styles reminiscent of Palms Springs, with tile roofs and stucco prominent throughout. Darrell Witt, of Houston, is the designer of the golf course. Kerry Gilbert, also of Houston, designed the subdivision. Homebuilders in the project include Master Homebuilders, Kustom Kastles, Zuni Custom Homes, Reed Custom Homes and Westport Homes.
